Types of issues we handle

Formula error

Calculator produces a mathematically incorrect result based on the inputs given.

Wrong unit conversion

Metric/imperial output is off or units are misapplied in the calculation.

Incorrect assumption

The formula is correct but uses a default value (density, factor) that differs from the current standard.

What happens after you submit

We read your report and identify the calculator and inputs involved.

We reproduce the issue and check the formula against the source reference (ACI, ASTM, or equivalent).

If a genuine error is confirmed, we correct the calculator and update the page.

We reply to let you know the outcome — whether fixed, explained, or under further review.
